All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds. If you are an Act II or above Bravo! Member, you may exchange ticket(s) for an equal or lower priced show ticket(s) within the current Sunset Presents series, depending on ticket availability.
- Resale or Counterfeit Tickets
PLEASE NOTE: We can only guarantee tickets purchased directly from the Sunset Center Box Office. Tickets purchased from an unauthorized source may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or in violation of resale policies and if so, are VOID. We strongly discourage you from purchasing tickets from an unauthorized source.
YOU MAY NOT RESELL OR DISTRIBUTE tickets sold for events occurring at the Sunset Center for any commercial purpose. - Lost Tickets
Don't worry. If your tickets do not arrive before a show, have been lost, or left at home, come to the Box Office before the performance. Show the representative a photo ID and we will gladly reprint your tickets.
Unable to Use Your Tickets?
If you are not able to use your tickets, you may donate them. Tickets are accepted up to curtain time as a tax-deductible contribution to the extent allowed by law. Upon request, the Sunset Center Box Office will acknowledge your ticket donation by mail at the end of the fiscal year where you will receive a donation letter suitable for filing with your tax return. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 1950, Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA 93921.

If you have any questions regarding accessibility and how we might be able to improve your time on campus, please contact our Box Office.
- Dress Code and Comfort
There is no set dress code for attending an event at Sunset Center. Most guests choose attire that matches the formality of the performance, and we always encourage you to dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Temperatures in the theater may fluctuate during this event because each production requires specific lighting, staging, and technical equipment that generate additional heat at certain points in the performance. Our cooling system adjusts throughout the show to maintain a comfortable environment, which can create noticeable shifts in temperature. For that reason, light layers are a good idea so you can stay comfortable from start to finish.
If you have any questions, the Sunset Center Box Office is happy to help at (831) 620 2048.
