Sunset Stories
Joe Fletcher's Sunset Story
Concert presenter and promoter
2007-today
"I toured the Sunset Center and loved the venue."
In 2007 my family member moved to the area and since I had promoted concerts in other states I looked for a venue to present shows at. I toured the Sunset Center and loved the venue so we presented Richard Thompson and had a great concert.
Since that time we have presented Lindsey Buckingham, Asleep At The Wheel, Ziggy Marley, Vince Gill, Joan Armatrading, Crosby, Stills & Nash, The Waterboys, Jackson Browne, Boz Scaggs, Rickie Lee Jones, Los Lobos, Graham Nash, Los Lonely Boys, Vice President Joe Biden, Aimee Mann, Lyle Lovett and others.
What Sunset means to me today: It remains a beautiful venue and community center.
My hope for the next 100 years: That it continues to exist.
